Know Before You Go
- The Lindt Home of Chocolate can be found next to our historical factory, where chocolate has been produced since 1899 From Zurich by : Electric Bus : from Bürkliplatz (line 165, Lindt & Sprüngli bus stop) Boat : from Bürkliplatz (short lake cruise 3731) Kilchberg ZH (lake) stop, plus a 10-minute walk Train : S8 or S24 to Kilchberg ZH, plus a 10-minute walk (via Pilgerweg) Car : 5 minutes from Thalwil-Rüschlikon freeway exit. Follow the brown signs for “Lindt” to the Schokoladenplatz 1, 8802 Kilchberg. Entrance to underground car park from Seestrasse 204.
- The clients need to exchange this printed e-voucher at the ticket counter. The Voucher is approved & formatted by the excursion company, any tampering or changes on this voucher may affect the services or the delivery of the service to the customer, the customer will not receive the excursion tickets and no refunds will be applicable.
- Voucher is only valid for the date and time it is booked.
- A ticket is required to visit the museum (whether with or without an audio guide)
- This is an independent,self guided tour.
- Please refrain from spontaneous visits on sold-out days!
- Entry is only guaranteed for the booked time slot with a valid ticket.
- The chocolate fountain, the Lindt shop and the café can still be visited without a ticket.
- Please note that the tampered vouchers will not be accepted at the exchange counters of respective Excursions.
- Issued vouchers are NON-REFUNDABLE within 7 days of the travel date
- Children aged 6 - 15 accompanied by at least 1 parent, travel free with the complimentary Swiss Family Card
