- The Matterhorn Scenic Flight operates year-round, except for routine maintenance of aircraft or unforeseen weather disruptions. Maintenance schedules typically occur during off-peak seasons (November – March).
- The scenic flight lasts between 20-25 minutes. Including check-in and pre-flight safety instructions, plan for about 1 hour of your time
- If you wish to extend your experience, consider combining the flight with other local tours or exploring the surrounding mountain villages.
- Departures are from Zermatt Airport, which is easily accessible via train or taxi from Zermatt town center
- The flight covers iconic Swiss mountain landscapes including the Matterhorn, Mont Blanc, and several glaciers. Weather permitting, you may be able to get close-up views of these natural wonders.
- If you have a Swiss Pass, your voucher can be redeemed directly at the tour operator's counter at Zermatt Airport
- Present the Swiss Pass at the ticket desk along with the voucher for a smooth booking process.

- Flights are weather-dependent. In the case of poor weather conditions (clouds, high winds, etc.), flights may be rescheduled or canceled. Refunds or reschedules are offered. Passengers must be at least 4 years old to participate, and minors must be accompanied by an adult
- The flight has a weight limit of 110 kg per passenger
- It’s recommended to wear warm clothing even during the summer months, as temperatures at altitude can be chilly.

- In case of bad weather conditions such as rain, fog or snow, the train will run, but the view of the glacier and the mountain range will be limited and no refund will be provided for partially used vouchers
- Please note that the tampered vouchers will not be accepted at the exchange counters of respective Excursions
- Issued vouchers are NON-REFUNDABLE within 3 days of the travel date
- Children aged 6 - 15 accompanied by at least 1 parent, travel free with the complimentary Swiss Family Card
