- The Mount Blanc Scenic Flight operates year-round. However, the aircraft undergoes regular maintenance during the winter months, typically between November and December
- Flights may be temporarily suspended during adverse weather conditions (storms, heavy winds, poor visibility). Guests will be offered a reschedule or refund in such cases.
- The flight itself lasts around 30 minutes, but we recommend allowing approximately 1-1.5 hours for the entire experience, including check-in, pre-flight briefing, and taking photos after landing.
- Departure Point: Flights depart from Chamonix Mont-Blanc Airport, located approximately 10 minutes from the center of Chamonix by taxi or shuttle
- Route: The flight will take you over Mont Blanc and its neighboring peaks, with views extending into Italy and Switzerland depending on weather conditions
- Getting There: Chamonix is easily accessible by car, bus, or train from Geneva, Milan, or Zurich. For those using public transport, take the train or bus to Chamonix station and then a short taxi ride to the airport.

- Weather Conditions: Flights are highly dependent on favorable weather. If the weather conditions are not suitable (cloud cover, wind, etc.), the flight may be rescheduled or canceled. A full refund or reschedule option will be provided in such cases

- Health Requirements: Participants must be at least 4 years old. There is no upper age limit, but passengers with mobility impairments or serious health conditions should consult with the operator before booking
- Weight Limit: The weight limit is 110 kg (240 lbs) per passenger
- Dress Code: Wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes. We recommend bringing a light jacket as it can be chilly at altitude, even in summer.

- In case of bad weather conditions such as rain, fog or snow, the train will run, but the view of the glacier and the mountain range will be limited and no refund will be provided for partially used vouchers
- Please note that the tampered vouchers will not be accepted at the exchange counters of respective Excursions
- Issued vouchers are NON-REFUNDABLE within 3 days of the travel date
- Children aged 6 - 15 accompanied by at least 1 parent, travel free with the complimentary Swiss Family Card
