- Entry time is 30 minutes from the booked time slot. We recommend planning at least 1.5 hours to enjoy the cruise

- Show your voucher at Pier 7 (Schweizerhofquai) Lucerne and board the cruise.. The clients need to exchange this printed e-voucher at the ticket counter. The Voucher is approved formatted by the excursion company, any tampering or changes on this voucher may affect the services or the delivery of the service to the customer, the customer will not receive the excursion tickets and no refunds will be applicable
