- The Voucher should be printed on A4 Size paper and carried along
- it should not be tampered /amended / changed due to the pre-approved format from Excursion Company. In case of any tampering of the voucher, service or tickets will not be provided to the customer by the excursion company.
- Weather: Flights are weather-dependent. In case of unfavorable conditions, rescheduling or refunds are offered. Attire: Wear comfortable clothing suitable for the weather and closed-toe shoes
- Equipment: All necessary gear, including harnesses and helmets, is provided
- Photography: Personal cameras are allowed under pilot supervision. Professional photo/video packages are available for purchase.

- In case of bad weather conditions such as rain, fog or snow, the train will run, but the view of the glacier and the mountain range will be limited and no refund will be provided for partially used vouchers
- Please note that the tampered vouchers will not be accepted at the exchange counters of respective Excursions
- Issued vouchers are NON-REFUNDABLE within 3 days of the travel date
- Children aged 6 - 15 accompanied by at least 1 parent, travel free with the complimentary Swiss Family Card
